A PUF cabin is a prefabricated, portable structure made with Polyurethane Foam (PUF) sandwich panels for excellent insulation and durability. These cabins are used as site offices, security cabins, or temporary housing due to their quick assembly, mobility, and comfortable interior environment. Key features include a steel frame for strength, a PUF core sandwiched between metal sheets for insulation, and customizable interiors with basic electrical and lighting provisions. 

• Panels: PUF sandwich panels form the walls, roof, and floor. The core is polyurethane foam, and the facings are typically pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI).

Thickness: Panel thickness varies, commonly between 505050 mm to 100100100 mm for walls, and up to 150150150 mm for roofs.
